1. We believe that the Bible is the
inspired Word of God; that the King James Version is the best English
translation.
2. We believe in one Triune God,
eternally existing in three Persons - Father, Son and Holy
Spirit
3. We believe in the
Diety of the Lord Jesus Christ; in His virgin birth; in His
death, burial, and bodily resurrection; in His personal visible
return to earth.
4. We believe that Satan
is a fallen angel with a distinct and real personality whose
final destiny is eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire.
5. We believe that all people are born sinners; that each
person must place his trust in the atoning work of Jesus Christ
and accept Him as Saviour in order to obtain everlasting life.
6. We believe in two
ordinances of the local church: baptism by immersion, and the
Lord's Supper in remembrance of the Lord's death until He comes.
7. We believe in the
bodily resurrection of the dead: the saved to life eternal, the
lost to eternal punishment.
8. We believe in Biblical
separation from worldly practices that would be considered
immoral or unwholesome.
9. We believe in
standards of distinction and modesty for believer's in
appearance and activity.
10. We believe that music
for the believer should be conservative, should honor God, and
edify the believer.
